Hi

Welcome back. I thought I would share with you another of my articles I have written recently entitled ’2 Simple Methods You Can Use to Make Good to Great Money Blogging’ © Carol Harridge

I am really enjoying writing articles and submitting them.

Here is the article and I hope it is helpful. Please leave your comments and if there is anything else I can write about for you please let me know.

There are actually 2 main types of business methods online Internet entrepreneurs utilize in order to generate income from blogging.

• The 1st way is the most common way one can turn their blog in to a profit-making money machine and that is by selling advertising to various businesses and trade names/ brands for those who desire to reach a particular blog’s readers.

• The 2nd kind of profit-making blog is the kind that assists a single brand name better its overall image by establishing extremely strong connections between the blog itself and the product that is being displayed there, in the mind of their potential customers.

Both of the above types of blogs have the potential for resulting in generating a great deal of money in profits, particularly if the original developer of the product has a razor sharp mind for promoting their product, advertising and marketing it.

If you are blogging with the objective being to sell advertising space on your blog site, there are 2 essential methods you can use to take on those sponsors who wish to insert their advertisements on your site:-• You can outsource and let others do all of the groundwork for you, which requires paying them some of your profits, or…

•	You can carry out all the work yourself, and, in turn, hang on to all of the profits for yourself.

With the first choice mentioned above, a great number of people actually make money on their blogs by selling space via Google’s AdSense program. My blog uses this technique.

The advantages this technique provides for one is many, as only a small amount of input is required by the blogger to start pulling in profits.

However, on the other side of the coin, a great number of people find out that they don’t make that great an amount of money using this method as they had hoped their blog would provide to them.

If you choose to sell advertising straight to the businesses that desire to put their banner ads and/ or sponsored links on your blog site, then this method can actually take quite an amount of time to establish, but it is frequently quite profitable indeed. This would be a great method you may want to use also if you have a If you have a large number of contacts you already know that are part of specific industries related to your blog’s main topic/ niche/ theme. You are more than likely one step ahead if you already have a very sound background experience in sales, and are skilled at pitching sales offers, as this method will be a great one for you, one where you can generate quite a lot of money leasing blog space at your blog site to these interested businesses.

On the other side of the coin though, by far the major setback with this method is that you frequently must develop quite a large blog following of readers first before you are able to catch the attention of many of these advertisers, resulting in this method maybe taking you quite a number of month’s background work to achieve prior to you commencing to make profits from your blog.

Blogging is becoming quite a profitable venture to be partaking in, and, as a result of this, many

well-known, firmly established businesses are working out how they too can become part of this craze/ action.

One of the clever ways businesses are taking advantage of this blog craze is by establishing blogs that offer a type of friendly overall look for their business.

Frequently, a corporation will hire an experienced blogger to produce a blog that is expressly created to attract, and interest, that type of business’s customers and also to nurture positive connections with the company’s brand in the customer’s minds.

It would not be the first experienced author who has often, over time, dreamed of making money via blogging that has ultimately been contacted by a business with the express purpose of offering them quite a sizable amount of money for this type of appointment.

Which one of the methods do you prefer?

Do you like them both?

Which method(s) will you use?

Good luck with profiting from your blog.

Hi,

Thanks for stopping by.

I have had a number of things occur that have limited my time to be able to get back to Blogging for quite a few weeks.

But here I am once again.

My blog content concentrates on Internet Marketing, marketing online, the power of auctions and eBay, family, friends, topics of interest, product reviews, recommended products, making money online etc.

I have been writing quite a few articles over the last few weeks.

I am happily going to share those articles with the people who have opted in to my list as well as to you who have kindly visited my Blog.

I love writing. It was something, for many years, I did not feel I was capable of doing.

However, in teaching children, and reviewing their work etc, I realised I was able to write and so started to put pen to paper.

I love writing/ typing my Blog and also writing Articles, Reports etc as well as creating Sales Pages.

I thought I would share with you some information I wrote about eBay a few weeks ago.

I submitted to various Article Submission Services and am very proud to have received my “Expert EZine Articles Author” Logo you can see over to the right on this blog, under the calendar. I am also extremely proud of the fact I took Rich Schefren’s advice and visited http://onlineidcalculator.com with the result of being determined as having a Digitally Distinct online presence. That logo is also over to the side under the Ezine one.

Here is my copyrighted article I submitted regarding eBay.

10 Hot Tips on How to Sell Successfully and Profitably on EBay

You can certainly make a lot of money selling your own no longer wanted or needed possessions, and all you need to know is how to successfully sell at auction sites, especially on eBay.

eBay is probably the most popular online auction site by far, as many millions of transactions, of a buying and selling nature, occur there each and every single day. Today I am going to share with you 10 hot tips that will assist you when selling your unwanted/ no longer needed possessions on eBay, or for that matter, any auction site.

1. The 1st step is that it is important to have opened an eBay buying and selling account. They are both free to set up.

2. Always write a very descriptive Title for your item, to ensure your item appears more frequently in the search results so potential buyers will be able to find it more easily.

3. Always take your own photos of your items. People are much more inclined to purchase items that have a real picture of the item clearly displayed.

4. Make your Description of your Item very clear and concise. Ensure it is well spelt. Use phrases that are easy for people to understand. Keep it friendly.

5. If you do not want your item to sell below a particular price, then it would be a very good idea to set a reserve price for it.

6. If you are happy to sell your item for a specific amount, then it is advisable to use the ‘Buy It Now’ option.

7. Continue to find, and read, of other tips on how you can successfully sell on eBay.

8. It is very important to log in to your eBay account and frequently check your emails. People may have questions about your items and it is important to answer these as quickly as possible.

9. Always take time to watch your items that you are selling to see how they are going.

10. Make sure you post your item quickly once it has sold. This will ensure you get good feedback registered from your buyer.

This all might give you the impression that is rather difficult to become skilled at selling profitably on eBay.

However, in fact it is really rather easy. All it takes is a small amount of persistence to be profitably selling items on eBay relatively quickly. If you want to follow a step-by-step, proven online eBay system to make good money quickly and easily, that you can setup and commence today.

Hi,

Thanks for stopping by.

I have had a very exciting week.

John Thornhill, Internet Marketer extraordinaire, Mastery Coaching Mentor, and eBay PowerSeller, along with other Affiliates, officially launched my Product Auction Strategies Explained over this last week. I am so honoured John felt my product was of such a high quality that he would go JV with me.

It was an exciting time and I thank them all very much. There are other JVs who will be assisting in the next couple of weeks and more Affiliates are coming on board, as we speak. The product is doing extremely well.

I was blown away. The product commenced at the bottom of ClickBank, and on the first day of launch rose to Number 14 and the 2nd day was at Number 9. 1 week later it is still at Number 10. Wow! I am so excited.

Affiliates and JVs have earned really good commissions to date, so a great opportunity to continue to promote it exists as it is a product that will be as relevant in the future as it is today, and, so therefore a great oppportunity to earn extra money. There are heaps of ideas for promoting it in the Affiliate’s section at http://AuctionStrategiesExplained.com/Affiliates-Page.html.

I have had heaps of great feedback, which I truly appreciate.

It was a product I created because I wanted people to see how quickly and easily they could commence earning money selling on eBay. eBay is a powerful way for people to earn money almost immediately. There are many ways discussed in the eBook as to what to sell. The eBook itself is also a Roadmap to getting started selling. I genuinely used what I described in the eBook to start and earn $400, $500, $600 a week. I was merely selling things from around the home. I still have much from around home to sell. Other methods of what to sell, and how, are also discussed.

I will share with you the honest truth of how this eBook came in to being.

I created the Sales Page, and all the other pages you view when going to the site. I have created the mini course and the brandable report that can also earn Affiliates income.

Here is how it came in to being…

I was a Relieving Assistant Principal in a Primary School, in a teaching career I absolutely loved. I had a wide variety of curriculum areas I was involved in/ leading within the school, district, region and state. I sadly had a freak accident at school that took away my career and hospitalised me for the majority of 6 years. I was an extremely ill person, in chronic pain, requiring specialist medical assistance and treatment, and almost lost my life on several occasions. I also had several overdoses of my essential drugs given to me, 3 major surgeries, 44 anaesthetics, countless canulas, portacaths, 3 major blood infections and so on. It was a struggle for survival but I never gave up.

My husband battled on in those years to help bring up our teenage children and we also had my Mum living with us who developed Alzheimer’s after a few years. To say life was not a battle would be an understatement.

We had lost our 2nd totally needed income overnight. There were medical bills, legal bills, children’s need’s bills, teenage and education costs, Mum’s costs etc etc. We also had a mortgage. We managed for the first few years financially but time passed and so did our ability to cope financially. The mortgage was getting larger and I was not getting any better. I felt deeply for my family and what they were going through because of all of this.

I started to look for avenues to make an income online, on my good days/times to assist if I could as I knew I was a conscientious, hard-worker, self-motivated etc.

At first I became involved in Network Marketing, eventually becoming a Silver Director in one company, followed by almost 20K in another company. I will not go deeply in to the story except to say I found I was able to work Network Marketing very well and to this day the majority of people I recruited and trained and supported are still my friends.

I eventually realised this was not for everyone and decided to leave. It was all much deeper than this and there were lots of reasons why I did, but I will not go in to those.

I, knowing how I loved the computer, and being reasonably savvy with it, decided Internet Marketing was something I would like to try.

I was so green, and little did I know that I was to be taken on a very expensive ride.

I was so disillusioned and thousands of dollars we really did not have were expended to end up going nowhere.

I suppose I could have given up and said it didn’t work and there were a lot of cheats and shonksters out there just wanting to take your money and then fly the coop with no support etc.

But, I have never been a giver upper, and fought through those years I was ill in hospital.

I also knew there were genuine people that were out there. And there were…. (When you’re on a good thing stick to it….)

Enter John Thornhill, Dave Nicholson, Daniel Sumner, Steve Barrows, Alex Jeffreys, Garry Parkes, Tony Sharpe and Avril Harper.

My faith and belief was restored with them.

I joined John Thornhill’s Coaching and learned so much, an incredible amount and I recommend this course to everyone who wants to learn Internet Marketing step-by-step. My product is hugely due to his incredible training and…

I also joined Avril Harper’s course and Tony Sharpe’s System G (Tony is also my friend).

They too have helped me enormously. I would NEVER have been able to launch my product without their assistance, along with Dave Nicholson, Daniel Sumner and Steve Barrows, who just creates the very best graphics, headers imaginable at Planet Divinity. He has designed all of my graphics including the header and footer for this website. He is brilliant.

I am also thrilled now to be being part of Alex Jeffrey’s Coaching and also Rich Schefren’s.

It was because of my loss of thousands of dollars I really wanted to present a product to people, where if they followed what I did, and I really did do it, they too could earn great money almost immediately selling on eBay, without having to spend the thousands of dollars I did to learn that information.

I love Internet Marketing very much too, but there is a journey to learning it and starting to earn some money, so I felt using a similar method to what I had used that I described in the eBook, one could either earn good money for extra cash/ take eBay selling on full time to earn great money/ use it as another stream of income as it is immediate income, or use it to supplement their learning etc of internet marketing, until this took off. I will now always use both as I believe in multiple streams of income.

From what I can tell from the majority of investors they feel I have hit the mark and are happy with the product and for that I appreciate it very much as that was my wish, and I thank them very much for investing in me.

I took time off from my eBay selling to work on this eBook. It is, I have been told, innovative as it has videos and audios embedded within the actual eBook that launch either automatically or on clicking. There are great free bonuses and also some videos that are a minor extra outlay that harmonise with the product.

I am now recommencing selling items from around the home, as I have many to sell, and will continue to use the methods described in the eBook.

Well. That’s all for today!

Thanks so much for stopping by and taking the time to read this post.

Have a great day everyone!

Talk again soon,

Until next time,

Really I am, as I have shared with you before, an Internet Marketer, but I also sell on eBay. I really do believe we should set up multiple streams of income. eBay affords one a very good income stream, almost immediately on starting selling at the eBay website, and all this with very minimal start-up costs and fees. This extra stream of income has also supported me greatly in my Internet Marketing venture, assisting with my coaching fees as well as covering extra bills on the home front.

There is a bit of an art to selling on eBay but that is where the above eBook helps people with how they can easily get started selling, and also with what to sell and how to sell.

Auction Strategies Explained is about easy eBay and Auction incomes, describing step-by-step, how to quickly and easily make a great extra income stream selling on eBay. It explains what to sell, and how, and all with videos, screenshots and audio, but yet presented in an easy-to-understand and follow manner.

I never want anyone to ever go on the expensive learning curve I have been on in my search to learn how to sell on eBay and make money with Internet Marketing.

I have many people to thank for getting me to the stage where I am now at as well as to be launching my product. There are, sadly, scams out there and I have been on that expensive journey. However, I can safely say I have now found the people and programs I trust and want to stay aligned with on my continued journey. I also know the ones to trust to share with others so they do not have to go through what I have been through.

I would truly like to thank John Thornhill, Avril Harper, Tony Sharpe, Dave Nicholson, Steve Barrows, Daniel Sumner, Alex Jeffreys and Garry Parkes for their coaching, friendship, support etc. I will be eternally grateful to you all.

In Remembrance Of A Very Special Friend

I was going to put out quite a few more things over these weeks, in regards to my launch, as well as about the above people, but, early last week I was to get some devastating news that my best ever girlfriend had passed away. My thoughts have been elsewhere for the last few days. Actually, for the past few months, but this still was unexpected to occur quite this soon.

I want to take this time to share with you about this special and unique friend and person, Di Williams.

Her name was Di Williams. I was fortunate enough to meet her a few years ago. I was a Network Marketer and Di was a person I met over the phone and brought in to my Network Marketing business. She was an incredibly gifted person musically and extremely computer and internet marketing savvy. She had many other talents as well, including song writing and training police dogs and the list went on.

We hit it off straight away and talked almost daily on Skype.

She used to have her own band and I was fortunate to hear some of the amazing songs she had created.

Sadly, a few years ago, she was bashed by a patient and remained, from that day on, in chronic pain.

But, you never heard her complain. She always thought of others, and asked after others.

We used to talk for ages and found we had so much in common. Our friendship grew daily and we really acknowledged our friendship was a very special one.

Di had mostly been confined to bed for a couple of years up until I met her, having to take very powerful pain killers to try to ease her pain.

However, when I went to Queensland on 2 occasions over those years, she made a special effort to ensure we got to see each other, for which I was so proud of her for as it took great courage and strength to do so.

I loved the computer and the Internet, and had, among other areas, including Music, been in charge of those areas in my last few schools I taught at. However, I had not been involved in Internet Marketing and it was Di who spurred my interest over the first couple of years of me meeting her, whilst I was still building a Network Marketing business with my team.

Sadly, a few months after I met this amazing friend, a terrible tragedy occurred in her family, one no mother or parent should have to go through, and I was no longer able to have the contact we had had for a very long time up until this time. I totally understood and was devastated by her shocking news.

Missing her immensely, but still deeply concerned for her during this time, I branched out and away from Network Marketing to start my Internet Marketing journey. I could not turn to her for advice, and understood this, but sadly was to go through a long period of spending a huge amount of money we really did not have to try to learn and build an Internet Marketing business in order to bring in totally needed extra income. We were taken for a row, to say the least. We lost a lot of money we could not afford to lose in the process. I learned a lot on this journey.

Then along came those wonderful people I mentioned above who I can honestly say I have learned heaps from and I will acknowledge that I would not be where I am currently at in Internet Marketing and eBay, without their support, friendship and assistance etc.

Di, a few months later, was to start communicating with me again, but her incredible loss, naturally, was always there now.

As I said before, she never complained but she certainly had good reason to if she had wanted or needed to.

We continued to talk on many things and we had so many similarities in our journeys and interests it was truly uncanny. We were always amazed each time we uncovered another similarity.

There was never any BS with Di. She was as honest as you can get, as trustworthy as you can get and totally WISIWIG. I loved that in her, as she said she did in me. We were definitely on the same plane.

I was also extremely fortunate to meet my best friend and soul mate Bruce who is now my husband of 39 years. He is my rock and has been an enormous support for me during this difficult time. I am so grateful I met him and so glad we are still together.

I have had many friends during my lifetime, and many are still close friends I treasure. Di was just so extra special. The rose that stood that little bit taller in the garden bed of roses.

Sadly, a few months later she was to be diagnosed with lung cancer. When she described her type of lung cancer to me, I felt it was a really bad form of it and extended quite a distance through her body. My father had also had lung cancer and it was an incredible journey for him, and with him, over a 2 year period until we lost him.

But Di was always positive she could beat it as she had already gone through much grief and pain with her other injuries. She began her chemotherapy etc. and eventually was given the all clear which was truly out-of-this-world, wonderful news.

However, a few weeks later she was to let me know that it returned in a different part of the body (her liver), devastatingly, but, she still, always optimistic, thought she could beat it. She was even making plans to come down to visit me from Queensland, with her husband so we could all go out for dinner together. Sadly we never got to do that.

She was in hospital the week before last, for a few days, as she had a heavy cold, but a time was set aside for us to be able to talk again for last Monday night, but the appointment, devastatingly, was never able to be kept.

I would not be telling the truth if I did not say it but I have cried a river of tears over these last few days.

I only write these things because Di was an amazing person and friend right to her final days. I want to acknowledge her uniqueness and “specialness”

I believe everyone should have the opportunity of knowing what a special person and friend she was, as well as mother, wife and grandmother.

Her family and friends will truly miss this special person – Di Williams.

I will remember her forever.

I am unbelievably grateful she is no longer in pain.

Vale, Di Williams, special friend extraordinaire!

I truly want to thank you for stopping by and reading my blog.

I believe eBay and Internet Marketing form a perfect partnership.

All the best,

Until next time,

Hi and Welcome Back!

I thought I would share some exciting information with you that can really earn you some great money!

I am officially launching my above product Auction Strategies Explained on 22nd September. It is very exciting as there is 75% commission earnings offered on this product for Affiliates and many great affiliate tools that can really assist people in a wide variety of different ways are listed on the Affiliate’s page at the site Auction Strategies Explained

If you have never been an affiliate before, now is your opportunity to start and earn yourself a great commission in the process.

The Affiliate’s Page is at Affiliate’s Page

I am actually an Internet Marketer, but I also sell on eBay, as I believe we should set up multiple streams of income, and eBay brings in an income stream almost immediately on starting selling there with very minimal start-up costs. I have found this extra income also supports me greatly in my Internet Marketing. There is a bit of an art to it but that is where the above eBook assists people how to get started and what to sell.

As the above product Auction Strategies Explained is associated with eBay and describes step-by-step how we can all quickly and easily make an extra income stream selling on eBay, what to sell and how, then I also wanted to share other great, inexpensive products I have been fortunate to come across that definitely work in harmony with my above product. I never want anyone to ever go on the expensive learning curve I have been on for eBay and Internet Marketing.

I would firstly like to review a great product I recently came across called ‘Thrift Store Goldmines’ >>> Click Here!<<<

I will be reviewing others honestly in the future too.

‘Thrift Store Goldmines’ >>> Click Here!<<< was created by Brigitte Martinez, an eBay seller of many year’s experience.

This product is inexpensive at only $47 US, but is packed with heaps of valuable advice, tips and hints.

Brigitte’s focus in this eBook is on Vintage items. She has a wealth of experience in selling on eBay focussing on this niche and is extremely successful in selling in this niche area.

The eBook was only a short read – 61 pages, but still filled with very valuable information.

I loved her personal, friendly, fun approach to her writing. She started with a great opening to the eBook that immediately drew me in to want to read more, and also helped make me feel like I had known her forever, that she is one of ‘us’ and willing to share information with us.

It was a very concise eBook with lots of supportive screen shots, descriptions, explanations and photos of actual listings, and also contains links to completed auctions so we know what she is talking about is actually occurring, has occurred and can occur for us too.

She has certainly given great advice in her eBook ‘Thrift Store Goldmines’>>> Click Here!<<<

I also loved her humorous captions.

A great eBook I really recommend is ‘Thrift Store Goldmines’ >>> Click Here!<<<

Along with Auction Strategies Explained I also recommend this eBook by Brigitte Martinez.

I have spent thousands on eBay information over my time and certainly do not recommend things lightly, as I have had my fair share of being taken for an expensive row.

Sadly, I have found out, a little late for me I’m afraid, that there is absolutely no need at all to follow in my shoes and spend thousands and thousands on eBay programs, either individually, or collectively, as there are really great programs out there, such as the above, that are of minimal cost but contain pertinent, to-the-point, easy-to-follow, information to get one up-and-running using eBay for an easy-to-earn extra income stream successfully and fairly quickly.

I believe eBay and Internet Marketing form a perfect partnership.

All the best,

Until next time,

Hi It is Carol Harridge here.

I would like to welcome you to my Blog!

I continue to learn and grow on my journey to learn how to be successful with online Internet Marketing. I love this, as I love learning and sharing what I have learned with others.

I am working hard to put my blog together so it will really benefit you the readers. I have great plans for my blog so please stay tuned.

I have aligned myself with some wonderful, clever people in the online marketing world.

Whereas I went on a big, expensive, journey for a couple of years, I have now found the people I trust to learn from.

They include Tony Sharpe Internet Marketer extraordinaire, Avril Harper and John Thornhill eBay PowerSellers and Internet Marketers, Daniel Sumner and Dave Nicholson – Internet Marketers extraordinaire and part of John Thornhill’s team, Steve Barrows brilliant graphics and website graphics etc designer from planet-divinity and the fabulous Alex Jeffreys and his fantastic support person Garry Parkes.

Alex is my Mentor, as is John Thornhill.

I have learned much from them. I knew absolutely blot, zilch even though I had spent an absolute fortune we did not have over the last 2 years+ trying to learn how to make an income online. I spent thousands on an eBay course as well as on Internet Marketing programs etc. What I found was the people took my money and that was the last I heard of them. They were not there for support or assistance of any kind at all. As I was entering in to a new world, a world that uses a completely different language than the one I was used to there was much to learn. I am an extremely self-motivated person and when I am passionate about something I will give it my heart and soul. But when I did and hit stumbling blocks and there was noone there to assist you over the hurdles, the programs went back on the shelf.

This was until I met the people I have mentioned above. They are there for you. They and their teams help you over the hurdles. Things I just didn’t understand I now do understand. I know I have much, much more to learn, but that is great as I love learning very much. More importantly I love sharing with other people what I have learned.

I have learned so much thanks to those people, things I am going to share with you over time.

To show you some of what I have learned :-how to register a domain name, get a host, edit DNS settings, wait for DNS settings to propagate, setup an email account for my new domain name, registered that new email address, registered with ClickBank, set up my FTP – FileZilla and know how to use it, created my blog which has come a long way but still has more to go, learned how to use WordPress for my blog, how to create categories, how to create links, how to insert audio, video and images, how to post to my blog, registered with Google adsense, downloaded blog themes, extracted those files, how to add adsense to my blog, how to upload themes and change them, how to register with aWeber, created a list, how to edit confirmation settings, how to set up welcome emails, how to get my aweber code and blog codes and add them to my blog, how to add the header and footer graphics to my blog that you can see on my blog, how to remove titles from banners, how to customise and remove RSS button, how to backup my blog and how to upgrade my blog, how to remove adsense from posts, how to add YouTube videos, how to set up my own YouTube station, how to find my niche to write my first ebook about, named my product so I could purchase the domain name of the same name, worked out what kind of graphics and ordered them, drafted my ebook, arranged the chapters, wrote it myself, added hyperlinks, complete audio reading of eBook. automatically loading audio readings of each individual page, how to embed videos in to my eBook , embedded several help, support and training videos, how to use Camtasia studio, added camtasia studio videos, how to add graphics and pictures, checklists and homework, screenshots, how to convert it to pdf, created my own sales page with all the relevant sections, how to create the sales page in XSite Pro 2, how to save the website, basic html skills and how and when to use them, gathered testimonials and inserted them, added a guarantee, sourced and added appropriate bonus products, created a 7 day mini course and an optin for this, created a new list for my potential customers in aWeber, got the HTML code, added a confirmation email, added the mini course to aWeber, ordered opt-in graphics that matched the theme of my site, added those graphics, edited the aWeber code, created an Affiliate page, added Affiliate material, added the aWeber code and optin to the Affiliate’s page, added the Affiliate’s page to the main template for my website, created download and thank you pages, added my product to Clickbank, my contact details to ClickBank, added links to the Affiliate page, uploaded and tested everything, made a test order (it all worked hallelujah!), applied for ClickBank approval which I received (the only thing I needed to do for them was add a disclaimer for eBay).

I have also learned about Profit Pulling Platforms, ListBuilding With Alex, how to put Google Analytics on all my sites, faster Google indexing tactics, traffic techniques – forums, articles, press releases, blogging, twitter, giveaways, eBay, Viral Marketing, Joint Ventures, Social Media, YouTube Videos, Traffic Geyser, Maria Andros Video Marketing and so much more….

I have created 3 videos that follow. They are now on my YouTube Channel at http://www.YouTube.com/awesomelifenow

This first one is the Welcome To My Blog Video. I am going to eventually have that at the top of my Blog.

The second is my Video for my soon to be released eBook

The third is my video for Alex Jeffrey’s Profit Pulling Platforms product he has shared with me about ListBuilding and Relationship Marketing techniques containing brilliant videos that take you on the journey step-by-step to creating an excellent list that you will be able to build great relationships with that will last for a very long time.

I still have so many things I need and want to do.

I definitely love writing and so will be creating many articles about my niche areas associated with my products and websites and submitting them to Article Directories.

I will definitely be creating more videos.

I want to be able to get in to the Forums and share and learn more.

I have joined Twitter and need to continue to learn to use it properly so I can answer all the great people who have twittered me and are following me. I need to contact the ones I have chosen to follow, so if I have not responded to you yet it is only because I have not found out quite how to do that yet nor have the time to do so but it is on my To Do List to do so.

I need to add things to my blog as well as visit other people’s blogs and leave my comments for them. If I have not done so it is not because I do not want to.

On my journey I have also been quite ill for several months as well as I have conditions from 2 previous accidents. When I have available time those issues have not affected me I have spent the time in learning and applying all the above.

I am going to be asking for people who will be my Joint Venture partners for my product launch. I already have some great people who have said they will do so.

I am going to spend this afternoon adding to my optin box on my blog which has gone a little awry and hopefully will be fixed tomorrow. I am going to add a statement about 7 keys to online marketing success and create those 7 items and add them to my aWeber so people can have access to this for FREE.

I also will be adding my Video welcome to my blog, and visiting other people’s blogs. I will be going in to Twitter and answering the great people who have Twittered me.

I have been reading Alex Jeffrey’s books. I have finished Milk the eBay Cash Cow and also the brilliant Newbie’s Nightmares. I am about to start Guru’s Dream. I have watched all of his ListBuilding Videos and been part of every Webinar that has been run.

I believe Experience Is The Greatest Teacher. I believe in aligning yourself with great Mentors and Coaches and learning from them and sharing that learning with others.

I am looking forward excitedly to continue to work with them and learn from them and share this information with those who stay with me for my journey and what a journey it will be….

Until next time,

Hi

A few minutes ago I upgraded my Blog in WordPress to the newest version.

I am very proud of that, as I paid someone to do this before at a cost of $12.95 US each time. I realised this would be rather an expensive exercise if I kept paying someone else, as WordPress has upgrades occurring fairly frequently now. I searched and found out how to do it and simplified the steps, summarising them for future reference. I then thought that if this was a new learning curve for me that it may be for others too and I wanted to assist others to be able to do it too. That is why I want to share these steps with you in a moment.

Isn’t it funny how easy something becomes once you have mastered it? but how difficult and impossible it all seemed before that?

I simply went in to my admin area for my Blog – http://www.YourBlogName.com/wp-admin using my username and password. I then scrolled down the left-hand side to the Tools section.

I then scrolled a little further down to the word Export and clicked on the appropriate words that told me to export the file to my desktop which then saved it as an xml file.

I then left this file on my Desktop just in case anything went wrong with my intended WordPress upgrade and also so I would be able to find it easily if I needed to reinstal this last version.

If I had to reinstal this version because, for some rare reason the Upgrade failed, I would then be able to use the Import section, also found down in the Tools section, to reimport this last version I had saved on my desktop, which would in turn recover my WordPress Blog back to the original version I was using before the upgrade, so that everything I had on my Blog before would be restored to the way it had been before. This is all very comforting to know if something does perchance go wrong with the Upgrade, which is pretty rare.

I then scrolled down to the word “Upgrade”, also housed down in the Tools section and, feeling safe, as I had exported my last version and saved it to the desktop, I then clicked “Upgrade Automatically”, and WordPress lets you know, in a message that soon appears on this same screen, when it has upgraded successfully.

I then went to my Desktop and transferred the exported file in to my usual folder I am now saving these upgrades in to which I called WordPress Upgrades, but you could call whatever you like that assists you to easily locate that folder.

I hope this information has been helpful to you. I know it really would have been extremely helpful to me when I was paying others to do all this for me.

I am thrilled to say the Traffic to my Blog has increased, as to my List Building site.

I have spent a considerable amount of time watching Alex Jeffrey’s videos on List Building and they are brilliant. I am learning many great things from them.

When I look back and see where I was before with Internet Marketing and eBay and my knowledge, or lack therof then, to where I am now, I am totally thrilled with my progress. Thanks so much Alex Jeffreys, John Thornhill, Garry Parkes, Daniel Sumner, Dave Nicholson, Avril Harper, Tony Sharpe and Steve Barrows.

Before I used to often say to my husband it was all too overwhelming and that I just did not know where to start, and that I didn’t think I would ever be able to do it at all.

However, I have now set my plans and goals as Alex Jeffrey’s has explained and am taking one step at a time towards my yearly, 3 monthly, monthly, daily goals. I know where I am heading now. I feel like a ship that has a compass now rather than how I felt before like I was wandering aimlessly all over the oceans never knowing where to head.

Carol Wandering Aimlessly!

I do have a problem though. One that I would really love the answer to please, so if you are reading my Blog and can help me, I would be really grateful.

I love to insert pictures and videos in to my Blog and used to be able to have them sit centrally. However, nothing I am doing seems to be working now.

I tried using <center> and </center> before and after the pictures, in the html view but that did not work. I also clicked on the image and used the centre justification. That did not work either. I also, before inserting the image, placed my cursor at the centre and then inserted the image and it showed as being central to my view, but when published it is not.

Anyone who can help here, thanks so much.

Thanks for reading,

Speak again soon

Today I thought I would concentrate on 5 Easy Ways To Find Products To Sell On eBay.

In reference to the Title of my Blog today, I expect the answer to this question actually is determined by one’s understanding, or definition of, the word “easy. “

I believe that the fastest and easiest way for someone to make reasonably good money fairly quickly on the Internet, is by selling items on eBay. This is also great if your desire is to also earn money with other types of Internet Marketing and Network Marketing ventures you need to learn, so that you are earning money with eBay whilst you are learning the other methods.

However, one can earn an excellent income from eBay alone.

What could be simpler to achieving this than a simple-to-understand and follow a 5 step process.

1. Find something to sell.

2. Take a photograph of it, and write a description about it.

3. Upload your listing and photograph to eBay.

4. Collect your money.

5. Post your sale item.

I mean, what could be easier than that?

However I imagine what a lot of people mighy actually question is how they can easily find, or get, profitable products to sell on eBay.

It is my experience this is what both newbies, and even some experienced eBayer sellers, find hard.

So, in today’s Blog entry, I want to draw attention to 5 extremely easy ways to find, or get products to sell, without even leaving your computer. This will be easy enough to do for everyone.

1. It Is A Must To Have A Photograph

There is definitely no item listed on eBay, or any other online auction sites, that does not get heaps better results when they have a photograph or image included with the listing. Actually, it is a fact that the majority of items that are listed on eBay that do not display any photograph at all, with that item ultimately selling, more often than not fetch at least 20% less for the item than those that do actually display a photograph of the item.

However, in some categories these results can be even higher. For example, clothing items put up for auction without a photograph average an almost 80% lower selling price than those that display a photograph. In fact, as a result of one’s knowledge of all of this, it would then seem to be quite an easy thing to do to look around eBay for those items that do not have photos, purchase them and then re-list them as your own, with a photograph. I am certain this would mean certain money in the pocket.

2. Find A Badly Listed Item.

There are numerous reasons why a people’s listings fail to draw any significant bids. The reasons for this could be such things as: a bad title; a short, or poor description; inserting the item in the wrong category; misspellings, etc. Anybody can locate these sorts of items by browsing around the auction site, but actually there is a simpler way.

Select the categories you are interested in, and take a quick look down the Search feature for the items that are finishing within the next hour. This is where you will uncover excellent deals that have not succeeded in attracting any bids for the reasons already discussed.

3. Not So Good Times

When reading any book on the topic of eBay one will find pointers as to when the best time to finish auctions is. Mostly it is suggested the best time to list items are Sunday afternoon and evenings, and Wednesday evenings. This can be different sometimes, as suggested by some experts that business-related items are best listed Monday or Tuesday during office hours. If one recognizes that there are times when they will get higher bids for their items then it is feasible to understand there must also be times when if an auction ends at a certain time one will not do so well.

It is understandable to think if one has an auction that finishes between say 5 am and 8 am on a Monday morning they will not have too many people waiting to place last minute bids in order to move the price up. Once again, you could purchase those types of items, re-list them and set your auctions to finish at a better time so you can easily make a 20% or more profit for very little effort.

4. Purchase Collections

One of the simplest ways to make money on eBay is to make a profit from other peoples’ laziness or lack of knowledge. For example, if somebody has a collection of 10 china dogs, then it is a fact that if all ten were listed as a collection in a single listing, then they will earn less profit doing this than if they listed each item separately.

However, it is astounding how many sellers cannot be bothered to take the time to do this. In the past I have known of others who have bought a collection of items and actually made more from selling each individual item than had been paid for the entire collection.

5. Other Online Auctions.

Well over 95% of all online auction sales occur on eBay. eBay, by far has the largest number of registered buyers and items listed for sale at their auction site. Therefore, items offered for sale on eBay really do get the best prices. So it is a great idea to search around for some of the smaller online auction sites, because in many cases items listed with them will not draw such good prices as could be achieved on eBay. Then all one would have to do is purchase from them and re-list on eBay for a profit.

So, I hope that these ideas have been helpful as 5 easy ideas for you to consider, and maybe you could give some of them, or of all of them, a try.

Until next tim…
